To Lengthen the Penis
(Use this exercise in conjunction with the practice "For Firmer Erections" and you will achieve excellent and speedy results.)
The male body may stop growing a the age of 30, but the penis continues to grow. Taoist Masters claim that the penis, in a healthy male, will continue to grow until the day he dies.
One: Learn to develop the habit of shaking and squeezing the penis after each urination. This tissue is a muscle and its continued flexing encourages growth. Milking the penis after ejaculation also encourages the organ to stay firm.
Two: Using one or two hands, massage and squeeze the lingam (penis), starting at the base and working up towards the head. Use your thumbs to get deep into the tissue, working in circular motions and going S-L-O-W-L-Y up the shaft, centimeter by centimeter, all the way around. Once you have thoroughly massaged your organ, grab the head and pull and stretch.
Three: Finally, slap the lingam firmly (but not to the point of pain) on one thigh and then the other. The slapping back and forth action will strengthen the head and improve its shape. This will help to gain the "mushroom head" which is the most desirable in terms of pleasure pleasing for your partner. Slapping the muscle will also help to desensitize the penis so that you can make love longer with your partner.
