Simple Techniques for Strengthening the Erection
These are simple techniques that will help you strengthen erection and energy in the lingam (penis).
Exercise One: With your left hand, firmly wrap your thumb around the head of the lingam (right around the root); using the right hand, firmly wrap your index finger at the bottom of the lingam, again at the root. INHALE from the testes and squeeze the shaft from the base of the penis towards the head's root, (where you meet your thumb): Squeeze this place back and forth to the count of nine....EXHALE, and slowly but firmly massage the muscle back down to the root, still holding the head with your thumb. Repeat process 8 more times.
Exercise Two: Rubbing the head of the lingam, correlates with massage of the prostate gland which is a very healthy practice as it aids to prevent cancer. Holding the head with one hand, massage with the other in circular motions at least 100 times in one direction then 100 times in the opposite direction. Do not ejaculate.
For Ongoing Practice
Learn to "milk" the lingam as a habit. Grasp the lingam at the root and firmly squeeze and release the shaft up and down (similar to milking a cow). Milking is massage which will build and strengthen the muscle tissues. Milk the lingam after intercourse and urination to expel any fluid left in the tubes.
